Here it is folks, the new Reagan $10. It looks just like regular ten but, just like the man who inspired it, it has some special qualities. It comes pre-wrinkled. The portrait has a holographic saftey feature that, when tilted, makes Reagan appear to fall asleep, just like he did in important cabinet meetings. But the most important feature of the bill is that they will be given out freely to anyone who asks. The recipients can then spend them, just like regular cash, but, and here's the good part, the things they "spend" the money on don't actually have to be paid for until the next generation. That's right! The debt you acquire with the Reagan ten is paid by your grandchildren.
