10. pro: better design / con: memory leak, multiple download bug
THe design on both Netscape and Firefox is clearly better. Tabbed browsing, etc. Also, the Calender is MUCH simpler than Outlook.

However, there is some sort of memory leak on Firefox, it would appear.

Also, in firefox .9, but not .8, there seemed to be a logjam on more than 4 simultaneous downloading tabbed pages.

Mozilla has a way to go on bug fixes, although design is better than IE.

I was using Firefox .8, which worked OK, but after the bugs of 0.9, I switched back to Netscape 7.1
