in bartow county several years ago. they finally got the hookups for DSL. i think you'd be better off w/bellsouth (hate 'em/wdnt date 'em) than aol. aol limits your searching capacity & access to "approved " subjects.
i'll continue w/earthlink because i hate bellsouth, but the mozilla browser/email clients wd better serve your spamming problem then changing ISPs. much more secure in terms of spyware, also.
