40. Ah yes I remember!! Im useing the weather to help quit, when we
bought our new house we made on sacred rule no smokey in the house, well cigarettes anyways... So as it gets colder and colder the less we smoke,
Im at 15 or so a day when I get down to 10, Ill take a day or two to force myself down to 5 one or two days at 5 and then its over. My wife is waiting for me to get there, I say probably 2 weeks maybe less now. I wanted to do it before xmas and Yule is a good time for breaking habits.

Im already starting to get light headed and dizzy with my first couple of smokes of the day... which are the hardest to give up for me, but Ive already pushed back the nicotine breakfast to lunch. I guilt trip the shit out of myself everytime I light up as well. I just think of all the big bad assholes im supporting, for the whole smoke. That way there is no crutching for the "helps me think" excuse...

BTW You are incredibly cool and a have super memory to remember me from that thread!!!

okay outa breath now..sorry so long...
