28. Are Quaker parrots quieter if you have two?
I have a female Quaker, Henrietta, and she squawks all day. She
makes so much noise that the upstairs neighbor has told the landlord
that she can't stand it.

She loves my husband and hates me. She screams if I come near him.
Really. But basically she screams all day and drives everyone nuts.
What to do?
