Who else has S.A.D.?

Some seasons I do better than others. This apparently isn't one of them.

I've been under lots of stress lately and haven't kept up with my exercise because I've been busy re-arranging my house and decluttering.

I've indulged my carb cravings too much lately, so I'm back on that roller coaster again. Bread, pasta, anything sweet.

And, I'm tired, so tired. Napping on the weekends and going to bed early during the week. Heck, I'm just getting off work and I'm ready to just eat dinner and go to bed.

How I hate this! Anyone care to join me in my self-pity wallow?
