Many years ago, roughly 10-15 for most people, when people started using the computers for the first time, and they included solitaire and minesweeper as games with windows so that people would learn how to use a mouse more?

Doesn't it seem a lot longer than it really has to glimpse back to DOS days, or even to think about how simple both solitaire and minesweeper were in comparison to some of the games now on the market? I have to admit to some sense of wonder in how far we've come within a small scope of time in respect to the use and the familiarity we have with computers now in comparison to "then."
