I didn't know anyone would use it at Weight Watchers. It's common among pro-ana and pro-mia. Your instinct to question that slogan was correct. SOme of these women starve themselves to the point of literal death from heart failure. Don't allow yourself to lose your pleasure in food, we were given appetite for a reason that should be respected.
