and not just because there are so many homeless kittens out there, but because will you will feel less guilty about leaving yours alone. And two are so much more fun! It's also easier to get kittens to like each other than to try to get a mature spoiled rotten brat to accept a kitten. I was afraid that if I had more than one, they wouldn't want attention from me because they would be closer to each other. Needless to say, that was 20 years and many, many, many adapted strays later. Everywhere I go in my house, they follow me and they are as devoted to me as I am to them.
