I would feed her about every 3 hours until she
got some of her strength back. Her stomach is
tiny too, so she most likely can't handle too
much to eat at one time.

I once had to do that with a whole litter of
kittens when their mother quit nursing them.
Took about a week, and they bounced back really
fast.
