As long as you don't claim for it to be the original, it should be alright.
When I was in art school in Boston, one of the classes I took was called "Drawing in the Museum" where went we to the Museum of Fine Arts and drew copies of the paintings... Here's one I did in Black and white pastel of a Goya painting "Saint Francis of Assisi"...  |
