My computer speaker started talking chinese to me, what should I do?

I swear this is true, and it ain't the first time either. Every now and then, like for example about two minutes ago, the speakers on my computer start picking up some signal or other and start squawking at me in a foreign language, chinese currently. Its like totally bizarre. I can't tell if it is shortwave radio or cell phone traffic. Spooks me out every time it happens.
