Just the fact that 68,000 Jewish Senior Citizens probably didn't vote for Pat Buchanon would have been enough votes to put Gore over the top. But then there was all the other stuff that is well documented

Moving forward, let's roll back the clock to Dec 12th, 2000 and it's announced that Al Gore is the president. How would the world be different than what it is today?

First thing that comes to mind is 1,800+ americans would still be alive, thousands more wouldn't be suffering with debilitating handicaps and although Saddam would probably still be running things in Iraq all those Iraqi's civilians would still be alive
