I was born, raised, and lived in NJ until 1978 (I was 12) I remember all of the NJ jokes which became especially numerous after "Saturday Night Live" aired. But really, all that bad PR kept the numerous beautiful places almost pristine. I've been in 17 States, 5 countries and 3 continents. But I have yet to find places as beautiful as in NJ. They are fleeting but gorgeous. (Maine's close but only because of it's topography and the abundance (quantity) of beauty. (geez-that is hard to explain)

Perhaps everyone will pick "The Come To NJ It's Not As Bad As It Smells" one which IS kind of funny. :rofl: NJ voters may be more savvy then you think.
