The woman's husband was a pacifist, but was also trained in two forms of martial arts and always kept a boken (a wooden katana) next to his bed. Afriad for his life, the husband rushed to a hiding spot and, according to reports, saw the man. At some point, he swung the boken and nearly removed the gentleman's head. From what I hear, he's never been the same. So I would advocate, in any situation, to not attempt to take this into your own hands. Though, I do understand the sailent points here.

He's obviously from your neighborhood as you said, so do be careful with him. Because I promise you that during the day when you might be jogging, checking the mail, grabbing your paper and whatnot, he is still watching, though it's probably not as noticible.
