7. That fagioli all'uccelletto again.
It's kind of a favorite in the colder rainy months.

You saute some garlic and sage in olive oil, then add some tomatoes (I'm using canned tonight) and simmer them down for about 20 minutes, then you toss in some cannelini beans (and if you can't find those, great northern beans or others will do) and let that go for another 20 minutes.

I got a couple hot italian chicken sausages and a small loaf of sourdough to go with that, but pasta is also an option.

I doubt we'll eat it all.

I'd better go clean up the kitchen in a minute and start cooking.

It's an easy meal to make, but I'm feeling way over on the lazy side right about now.

Thanks for asking. I hope the fish and quiche were good to you. The fried chicken sounds great.
