Fake Balls on trailer hitches - WTF

I live in Florida and there seems to be quite a few trucks with what appears to be a pair of swinging balls hanging from their hitches.

Has anyone else seen these?

Am I the only one who is offended by this?

Does this border on some kind of violation of an obscenity law?

I know motorists can get ticketed for having porn playing on a monitor that can be seen from other cars, this would seem to be very similar.

What do the parents out there think about this?

I have gotten to the point where if I get behind one of these vehicles I drop off of the pace to give them more room than usual.

I can't come to any good conclusion about this - so I thought that I would ask.

ON EDIT: I thought that this would sink to the bottom - but boy was I wrong, the responses have been entertaining to say the least.

ON SECOND EDIT: Anyone who thinks that this is an attack on free speech or thinks that I am for more laws to ban stupid behavior- you are mistaken. My point is to gage what everyone else thinks about this and to see if I am alone in being offended by these things.

Hope this clears things up a bit. :)
