I really do. I know that you've been ill.

Actually the instructor of my fiction class reviewed both of my shorts earlier this year, offering helpful hints and positive comments (as did the class!). I cleaned up the longer story and sent out a slew of manuscripts this week to various magazines.

I am in the process of editing the other piece - the surreal tale I sent you last year - and I hope to send out manuscripts very soon. If you'd like, I'm always interested in hearing your feedback. I could send you a new copy of the manuscript with my most recent edits, if you'd like.

But please don't feel obligated in any way. I have many resources at my disposal.
