42. My boys were always insulted when offered the "Kid's Menu"
They wanted REAL food.. and when they were a bit older, they seemed to try and out do each other in their choices..:)We never complained, as long as they ate what they ordered..
When we lived in New Mexico, the country club we belonged to, had monthly "crab cracks" and they learned about king crab at a very early age..
The Club served it in HUGE stainless bowls and it was "all you can eat", so they never bothered with the cole slaw & baked beans or dessert..

My youngest once told a waitress "I'll take the crayons, but I want a real menu"..(he was too young to read, but he still wanted a real menu ..)
