2. I'm all for people doing whatever works for them to lose weight
(assuming it's through healthy methods,) but I think it's probably better in the long run to learn how to prepare your own healthy foods, control your own portion sizes, and eat in a way that is reasonable and sensible. Losing weight is only half the battle; you have to develop sane, healthy habits that will last long-term, if you're going to keep off the pounds you lost.

Also, I still want to punch the Nutrisystem "I'm in a size TEWWWW" girl. God, she's annoying.
