I'm really anxious about posting this....so I won't put everything up here now ...just trying to see how this might go over....

The reason I ask is that my son is in an online battle of the bands....His band is currently #4 out of about 70 bands across the country. The winner wins a record contract.....Although in 4th place..his band is getting a lot of exposure. I sent a quick text message to vote for his band.......but he had to do it for me because I didn't know how. You can only vote with a text message.

If people are interested, I'll put up the info, and also include his myspace if you'd like to vote for a DUer's son. Maybe you'll hate his music (thrash metal/death metal)...but he's my baby....If I get 5 replies to this, I'll post everything....I'd do anything for my son, which includes exposing myself on DU! I'll start off with the lyrics to one of his songs and photos of him and his girlfriend:
