and repeat lame brazillion jokes in slightly different versions and routinely get into nit picking geek wars? Than yes..
And a hoofhead is someone who has obviously been kicked in the head a couple of times by a hoofed critter (in this case a democratic donkey) knocking whatever sense was there to begin with out....:P
