It is only my love for all of you that would compel me to post pictures of my non-pedicured feet on the internet. But here we go.
Since I sprained my ankle, I haven't been able to get a pedicure. It's been well over 3 months since I've had one now, so you can imagine the state of my feet.
Yesterday, many DUers in this thread:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=105&topic_id=7901336&mesg_id=7901336were raving about the Ped Egg, saying how it actually worked exactly the way it was supposed to. I have a pumice stone (useless) and the razor thingie (terrifying), and nothing was working. So I picked up the Ped Egg after work. (They sell it everywhere - CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Walgreens, etc. It's $9.99 in all of those places.)
In the name of science, I did a photo essay.
Before the Ped Egg, three months without a pedicure, nearly every day in flip flops:

The Ped Egg professional foot filer:

***about 10 minutes of filing/scraping later***
One heel's worth of skin shavings, emptied out of the Ped Egg! (have I ever posted anything grosser than this photo essay?):

And now, the payoff. After the Ped Egg:

YOU KNOW YOU WANT ONE.
