was using the litter box which is in a tiny butler's pantry and he must have somehow pushed this massive oak table leaf we have stored in there. It has been leaning against the wall in there for six years and never moved but now it has apparently fallen forward and wedged the door shut from the inside. The SOB cat is stuck in the closet, crying. Of course there are no hinges on the outside of the door.

OH MY GOD. We have a house showing tomorrow. Will I have to hope the cat doesn't die and decay, and tell the prospective buyers that the closet door leads nowhere? Even if there's no decay, there will be the smell of a litter box long uncleaned. :rofl: :grr:

I have help coming but this is really an amazingly bizarre thing to have happen yet it is also amusingly par for the course.
