WHO is REALLY harmed by using ALL CAPS in a SUBJECT LINE?

i can UNDERSTAND practicing CIVILITY and basic GOOD MANNERS when speaking to PEOPLE. but actually we are not speaking TO people, but TYPING to people, via KEYBOARD. WHY are some people ACTUALLY OFFENDED by someone using ALL CAPS? what's the ACTUAL HARM if any?
are you so OVERSENSITIVE that a little thing like someone using ALL CAPS totally throws you off and makes you hit the ALERT BUTTON?

COME ON already, the TRUTH is, NO ONE is hurt in ANY way by reading a sentence with ALL CAPS. they are just SYMBOLS that relay MEANINGS to the brain. repeat: ALL CAPS CANNOT HARM YOU.

neither are you hurt when someone fails to use proper punctuation, or spells albuquerque wrong.

so...LIGHTEN UP cap bashers. USING ALL CAPS CAN BE very EFFECTIVE.
when you smash your tongue in a drawer, you don't yell, 'dammit'...you scream 'DAMMIT!!!' and what if DU were on fire?....would you yell, 'fire', or, 'FIRE!'?
