It's a little field trip to borrow Bob McDonnell and Chris Christie to take them "fishing".
Immediate response needed. Sub-project Gulliver kicks off at midnight and the Lilliputians are getting restless. The monkey-doctors tell me that the bananas are nearly perfect, implantation will take less than 1 hour. We can field test them to make sure they're continuing to function correctly...each one is programmed to make the recipient babble incoherently about Ronald Reagan every 2 hours. Operation Manchurian Governors is in full-effect.
