...in the very small town of West Chester, PA and he had
perhaps the only balcony on his block.

When they had parades, the "Judges' Platform" was set up
right in front of his balcony and all the performers in the
parade would stop there and put on a demonstration --
high school bands, drill teams, cute li'l Shriner cars, etc.
.
He threw the BEST parties... and we would all kick back
on his balcony and watch the shows from our front row
balcony seats.
.
At certain times during the performances, when it got
quiet, he would sigh and say, "High school cheerleaders...
just for ME!!!!!"
