10. September is statistically our driest month
and can often be what constitutes hot for Seattle - a SE Texan will probably find it on the cool side. No humidity to speak of, and a cloudy day will find temperatures in the 60s very quickly, so be prepared for both warm weather and cool, and bring a lightweight rain jacket.

September's our nicest month, usually. By the end of September, it starts to rain again.
