I was born in '62 and I still get carded half the time (though I know that age is now hitting me when I get depressed when I don't get carded).

Yeah, the ma'am thing sucks, don't it? What a quandary though, that I get more incensed being called a girl.

All in all, it doesn't bother me a bit if 20-somethings think I'm old. What do I care? It's not like I'm trying to impress a kid with my youthfulness. :)
