Reply #45: Yup, we pretty much know the entire neighborhood

it's one of those blocks where we may not necessiarily bbq or go to movies, but we do all stand on the sidewalk and chat, help each other with lawn work, go to each others garage sale, swap crafts etc.. and I just happen to be the house on the block where everyone comes to collect their kids at the end of the day. I feed them and entertain them with the pool in the summer. We have a big yard. The boys ride motorcycles and quads. the girls go upstairs and play music and talk about boys. I'd really much rather have them here doing something than hanging on the streets getting into god knows what.
