I am that height, am under 120, have a chest/hip measurements that are maybe an inch smaller, and have a waist at least a couple inches larger.
Some people carry a fair amount of weight on their limbs while others don't. Some people who lift weights, although I'd be suprised if Marilyn did this seriously, weigh more than they seem like they would.
It is also possible that these are enhanced measurements. One sees this on athletic rosters all the time: heavier football players, taller basketball players, and such. Her waist might have really been bigger but 37-23-36 looks much more impressive than 37-28-36 doesn't it?
