6. I think they go hand in hand
at least for me. I've gained more confidence lately. I know I look better than I did when I was MUCH MUCH heavier. I've slimmed down, I feel good about that, therefore I feel good about me. My self esteem has risen a bit. When I dress and I look good, I feel good. Importantly though, my mindset tells me I'm healthier, and I'm someowhat proud of what I've accomplished. disjointed answer perhaps. But that's the way "I" see it for_me.
