78. Sorry for my personal involvement.
Once again, I find myself apologizing for caring about the things that affect me directly. But no, I don't "think viewpoint is shit," and I don't think you're missing a liberal standard. But there are certain things that I expect from people, and being informed is one of them. If your going to make an argument, against gays and lesbians, about gay rights... you should probably read up first. The facts about the gay rights movement could shock you more than anything I say.

I would recommend a reading list, or a movie or two that you could see. But few people like yourself care that AIDS/HIV was originally called "GAIDS" and welcomed as a "gay plague." And few care that loving families are broken up every day in the US because the parents happen to be a same-sex couple. I could dig out a list of the 1,000+ rights that are specific to marriage, but you wouldn't care... Because you aren't "personally involved."

The other thing I expect from people- here more than anywhere- is acceptance. I've spent my entire life being told how "evil" gays and lesbians are. I don't need to come to a website that I love and be told the same thing. You, sir, can go to hell for all I care. People who are unwilling to support gay rights have no place in my political party.
