I gave my opinion on the ads, which is that they are laughably cheesy and, in some cases, questionably acted. I also voiced the opinion that there is hypocrisy around the fact that America hardly bats an eyelash at a drug which enables men to get an erection, even as it helps with relationships, while a portion of the population flips out at the idea of people buying birth control. I think that is just a little disturbing.

If you think I am a "militant" feminist, you may be right, in some ways. I certainly do not take things lying down, and I generally do not hesitate to voice my opinion, which, when it comes to my sex, is particularly "vitrolic"--my opinion of things such as make-up, marriage customs, and society in general is pretty far left and "out there." I do not, however, attempt to disparage those who are more traditional in these respects. I can see that you won't hesitate to correct me when you think I have taken attacks too far, which is perfectly fine, and necessary. I must ask that you attempt to respect me, foolish 15-year-old though I might be, and consider that while I do not have any experience whatsoever with sex, I am able to make comments on advertising, acting, and product/prescription promotion in America, and possible double standards that our country holds with regard to this.

I apologize for seeming like such a flaming asshole to you, which was not at all my original intention, and ask that if you wish to criticize me in the future, you treat me as an adult, and not continually bring my age into question when in fact it has little bearing on the overall subject (advertising) at hand.
