25. A right wing magazine (The National Review) attacking a competitor
of a right wing poster child (Wallyworld)? Whoda' thunk it.

While I agree that it probably wasn't the intent on the founding fathers to allow business to obtain property on the cheap through eminent domain, it is a fact of life.

Locally, the city is in the process of taking land from a large corporation (Boeing) to support a car dealership because it was felt that Boeing is under-utilizing the property. Like it or not, this is the law of the land.
