People think I'm nuts when I say I'm FAR more comfortable around Rotties than Dachshunds but a Rottie never bit me. When I was young, a rogue Dachshund bit my face and I've never been particularly fond of them since (even though I know the dog was just scared and it really was my fault). Give me a Lab, a Rottie or a Newfie any day.
