3. Makes me think of a drunk driver story I heard many years ago

on the radio.
WGN in Chicago had a traffic trooper by the name of Linc Hampton. Linc was recalling his worst drunk arrest one day.
He had pulled this car over on suspicion of DUI. When he went up to the car window, the driver stepped out, handed Linc his can of beer , unzipped and took a pee right there on the side of the road. As you can imagine, Hampton could hardly get through the story for the laughter.
