You may find the following letter interesting.I had it at my profile on my Barack Obama page at his campaign site. What other information you might find interesting is when I called 911 about a bump in my arm, where they put that microchip. Your Toledo Fire Department came to my home and was very prepared. The personnel happened to have a diagnosing tool and upon using it determined I need not go to the Emergency Room for this. It must be a breakthrough in urgent care - they used a laser pen. Yes, a cat toy laser. Of the pen variety. They waved their little laser over my bump and made their diagnosis then and there. Check the logs. This call was in October of 2004. Or some other month of 2004, it’s hard to keep track of every detail considering the hell I’ve been persecuted with in your town. While all of this abuse must be localized, I’m wondering why you don’t know its happening.

While I’m thinking about it, I went to visit my Mom a year or so ago. We were sitting on her front porch on ----- _____ and every time one of your police cruisers went down her street I had my sexual areas thumped in the way I’ve explained in my letter to Senator Obama. Hmmm, police cruiser = clit thumped. In Toledo, your All American/Most Livable City in America. I wrote your Congresswoman about this and said she needs to make it stop. Using weapons that: Manipulate muscles in my body such as, severe cramps that have immobilized me at times, Have sexually assaulted me - they actually manipulate my genitalia...they can and have actually reproduced the sensation of sexual intercourse. In one day the thumping on my clit can and has happened a thousand times or more. One area of particular pain is the SHARP AND STABBING pain they focus on my stomach. I have had mail stolen from my mailbox which is locked BY THE POST OFFICE. I have had items stolen from my home placed in an area known and of interest to those who spy and torture me. GITMO prisoners have been subjected to loud unending noise, so I've heard. I have documented evidence of noise so intrusive and unending that months of unbearable noise culminated in the Mayor sending officials here to assure me they notified the company responsible. It has not stopped. They - check my email address. For the last 10 years I have had no privacy. The last 4 have been a psychological nightmare. Here's the deal, because I respect what I did to have this situation thrust upon me I can't tell you. It does involve some intelligence I stumbled upon by living my life.
It's a heartbreaking story really. What the involvement uncovered. At the time not knowing what future events would transpire, nobody would realize the importance or even the relevancy to unfolding events worldwide. I think the nature of
the information I was giving them and by some of what we talked about, they wanted to have access to what I was doing, how I would react and where would I go in my mind. They had the technology so I got the chip. In 1998 when this happened,
it was all in a chat room. AOL. I actually went somewhere in my mind but I wasn't psychotic. Anyway, I went through a type of boot camp and was drilled. I took them through a scenario. I think it was between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This drill
was done 2 times. This was done so that I would do everything "right" if and when and what future situation came about with the nature and accuracy of what had transpired during this period in 98.
DEAD ON.

I phoned this attorney today. I have yet to speak directly with them. I have run out of options and my Constitutional Rights HAVE BEEN and are BEING VIOLATED. These emails are my property, I give you this information out of fairness. This is not intended to be a threat. I will not just sit here and be destroyed by this injustice.

I went to them. I passed info purposely to them. I expected I would suffer for this act. It nearly killed me in 98. My father passed away in Oct. 98. I just bought an IBM with a student loan. I wasn't able to comfortably do the research I needed for classes in the computer room. Nice machine. Aptiva.
I had had this information for maybe as long as 2 years. Because of the times, AND the dire necessity, I thought of making this intelligence known - I contacted them in an AOL chat room. What it boils down to is the method of passing this info on alerted NSA, CIA, and others foreign. I was in HOT water. I had to prove to them that my intention was not to do harm.

They wanted to know why, and on what basis I was giving this and making so much noise about it.
As I said it's a heartbreaking story. Because this was taking place so publicly, in an AOL chat room, There was a lot of backward talking if you can get what I mean. I didn't know where any of this was going or that the "shot" I got was capable of what it is. I thought it was a tracking device, period.
It became a play of sorts. My acting out in a physical way information that would not unfold, and only then become relevant if this intelligence panned out.
I had unending harassment from the start. Phone waking me, car problems, weird messages on my answering machine, and the NOISE. Sirens when I started talking to friends about the "computer people"

My therapist believed I was psychotic, rightly so. I was forced to drop out of college and at a point where the harassment online and at home became not worth the cost, I carefully took my computer, printer, wires, speakers, and any other parts, and set them in the alley. I figured someone would come along....one of them probably and take it. What happened was the guy in the next building came home from work and found it setting there, took it inside and tried to find the owner. I must have registered with IBM and he found out I lived next door. It was so hard to thank him because he was being a good guy and I wished he'd have just kept it.
So, it in that way nearly killed me.

It was 9/11. It became 9/11. To take what happened in 98 and be able to translate "the Play" symbolically into planes being hijacked and plowing into the World Trade Center towers, you would have to Be God. I didn't know about 9/11 in 1998.
I think the essence of intelligence is awareness. I had a "piece" and only a piece that I was willing to gamble my freedom and my life on. If, if anyone could have foreseen as in remote viewing, the horror that unfolded and made my piece pertinent and relevant, it wouldn't have happened. I am certain of that.
I wish I could connect the dots for you and say why it became relevant, what specifically what I stumbled upon but I still live in fear. Keep in mind Bush is in office
