Howard Dean's approach to remove the safeguards that protect innocent criminal defendents from being wrongfully convicted is terrifying to most criminal defense attorneys. We do not want to replace Bush with someone who will continue the attacks on our rights. That is why Dean is the only Democrat whom I cannot support. I am a lifelong Democrat but I value my rights.
