11. Texas deficit as bad as California
The California economy is $1.4 billion (trillion+). Texas, &75 billion. California deficit $38 billion, $9 billion attributed to energy fraud, $29 billion after fraud. Texas deficit $12 billion, if Texas economy were California - $24 billion deficit. $5 billion difference. Caliornia has also lost $250 billion in taxable revenues due to the collapse of the tech industry which easily explains that $5 billion plus some. Not to mention the general downturn in the economy altogther. How come 56% of Texans know absolutely nothing about their deficit and only 18% claim to know a great deal?

Where'd those tech jobs that are leaving California go? Alot of them went to India thanks to George W. Bush and his removal of most sanctions against India. Who gains? Coincidentally, George HW Bush who invested huge sums in the Indian tech industry in 2000. Nobody pays attention to that at all, I cannot for the life of me figure out why.

This attack on Gray Davis is so outrageous it's beyond comprehension. This country is turning into a real shithole, sorry to say.
