Well we have seen the similar course of actions for other disasters taking place in other country. There is always too much bureaucracy to release the fund or approve any attempt to support the situation.

The American organization DATAPOKE released a new report concerning the estimated contamination at upper altitudes. The report indicates concentrations orders of magnitude higher than at surface level.
