I think everyone here would agree that forbidding violent criminals or the dangerously insane from purchasing or possessing firearms is a sensible exception to our RKBA.

But what about this guy?

Now, I wouldn't want the 2A rescinded because of some individual's political views, but this Yahoo thinks that enacting Health Care Reform, fer chrissake, will constitute "a declaration of war on we the people of the United States of America." He's calling for armed rebellion, essentially. (Against whom, exactly, he fails to say. And since the majority of Americans favor guaranteed health care for all........)

Personally, I would like to see this guy arrested and his guns confiscated.
But I've got a feeling I just might be in the minority here......
