"A man robbed Jolly Pirate Donuts, 110 5th Ave., about 4:15 a.m. Wednesday.
Two store employees said they were in the kitchen when the man, wearing all black clothing and a blue bandana that covered his face, appeared in the kitchen doorway with a handgun and demanded money. The man took an unknown amount of money from the register and fled east on 5th Avenue in a white, two-door vehicle."
