I think they actually want this ban to sunset. Easier to start from scratch having learned some hard lessons than to try to make chicken soup from chicken shit. But I dont think it will happen quickly. Id say it would take at least a year to get a new bill drafted and refined enough to muster the votes. Just a guess.
