3. Has the armed Hamas and Fatah agreed to become part of the
police/Army - obeying the central government and other secular authority? Indeed just as the IRA has finally disarmed, when will the Hamas/Fatah/etc folks that do not join police/Army positions actually disarm?
In other words - would the Palestinian State have a government in control of the state?
