He really pissed off a lot of the electorate this month with his arrogance over his kids cyber schooling being paid by the Penn Hills and PA taxpayers while dear Ricky and his brood live in VA.
The way he's handled it so far has been a PR disaster.
I don't think he can fly under the radar as a moderate this time! Just hope the Dems can mount and support a good candidate against him.
