I have a flier idea. Is it legal? Will it stop the war?

If we put a flier in each bill we pay, we can get the word out. A flier with a picture something like the napalm girl running from soldiers in Vietnam. And words like
"Sending our kids to kill their kids isn't making us safer." (That was the idea of another poster on this forum) Or "Is this what you want America to do on your behalf?" Or "What if they were doing this here?" Or "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Or any number of statements. It would be seen by workers, and probably passed around whatever company it went to. It seems like it would be effective, and even legal.

We have desanitized the truth. Wasn't it the truth, the whole truth, the painful truth that finally helped stop Vietnam? People need to see what is being done in their names, which they are not seeing. Out of sight, out of mind. Think of what effect a flier in every bill could make.
