7. Absolutely!
I joined with millions all over the country in trying to tell Stupidhead that he was on a course that was bad for the country in so many ways. What did I get for my trouble? Probably a few more pages in my domestic surveillance file somewhere in Washington DC. I was derided as "naive" by my hometown newspaper, The Oregonian, for daring to intimate that the invasion of Iraq might have something to do with large oil reserves under the desert. I was dismissed as a "focus group" by the corrupt, bloodthirsty administration. I got called a coward, a traitor, a namby-pamby and all manner of other nastier things for pointing out, correctly and months ahead of time, many of the current problems the United States is having to confront now. And all of which were discounted with variations on "You don't know that," the four-year-old's standard dodge.

Millions of us saw this coming, as plain as sunrise in the east, and for our efforts we watched the Bobos plunge us all deeper into the quagmire. So fuck you all, Bobos. I'm not particularly inclined to save you from your own stupidity without an abject and heartfelt repentance and reform.
