a libel suit the day that book came out! The point was to tie up their resources fighting the suit and fighting the subpoena power his lawyers would have had in tracing them all back to the Bush gang.
Kerry is still being stupid in not suing this lying sack of crap. Every day that goes by without a lawsuit is a day he tacitly admits that all their slander is true.
This is not the John Kerry I met years ago. This is a timid old lady in pants who has been completely cowed by the DLC.
