Would Bernard Kerik have survived confirmation if Bush had

fully supported him? I ask this because of the way that the press has backed of from Rumsfeld after Bush came out and backed him up. If Bush had held a press conference giving his full support to Kerik, would the Senate have confirmed him?

I say yes
